a. Slicing of Spanned VD: Partial VDs can be created for R10, R50 and R60
b. Dimmer Switch II: Support of Power save mode of controllers. If any drive which is not part of any VD or part of VD as Hotspare, will go in power save mode after the specified mode. OMSS supports enablement/disablement of this feature now.
c. Persistent Hotspare: If a drive is assigned as Hotspare so the slot in which the drive resides, starts working as persistent hot slot. Any drive inserted in this slot will also work as hotspare.
d. Escrow option for Security key.
e. VD Resize: Now partial VD for basic raid levels (r0,r1,r5) can be resized to the higher value withour including new disks.
3. OMSS
a. Enhanced Spanning: Single spanned R10 VD is possible using 22 or 26 drives.
b. Patrol Read and Consistence check report: A report on this can be shown to the user.
c. Slot Occupancy Report: Providing Empty and Occupied slot Report for enclosures to know which all slots are occupied with the physical disks.

Installation Instructions
Custom Instructions for OM-SrvAdmin-Dell-Web-WIN-6.3.0-2075_A00.20.exe:
Download
1.Click the “Download Now” link to download the file.
2.If the Export Compliance Disclaimer window appears, click the “I
agree” link to accept the agreement.
3.When the File Download window appears, click “Save” to save the file
to your hard drive.
Extract Files
1.Browse to the location where you downloaded the file and double-click
to unzip the download package.
2.Specify the location to unzip the files (default is "C:\OpenManage").
3.Click on the Unzip button to extract the files.
Installation
1.Browse to the location where the files were unzipped.
2.Double-click the setup.exe file under the "windows" subdirectory and
follow the on-screen instructions.
