The Dell PowerVault NX3100 Software version A00 is already installed on all PowerVault NX3100 systems as they leave the factory.
This update is intended to be used in the case a customer reinstalls the NAS Operating System.
Download and Install Instructions
1. Click the "Download Now" link to download the file.
2. When the File Download window appears, click "Save" to save the file to your hard drive.
3. Copy the NAS Appliance Software package to a USB key, removable media, or network share that is accessible by the PowerVault NX3100 system that will be updated.
4. After the operating system reinstallation is complete, the PowerVault NAS Initial Configuration Wizard will appear on your desktop.
5. The wizard will give you the opportunity to browse and select the NAS Appliance software from the USB key, removable media, or network share.
