DRAC Tools
The Dell Remote Access Controller (DRAC) console is management station software designed to provide remote management capabilities for the Dell systems. You can remotely connect to the DRAC hardware and access the DRAC features either by using a web browser or the RACADM Command Line Interface (CLI). RACADM CLI is the command line user interface to the DRAC.

Description
The Dell Remote Access Controller (DRAC) console is management station software designed to provide remote management capabilities for the Dell systems. You can remotely connect to the DRAC hardware and access the DRAC features either by using a web browser or the RACADM Command Line Interface (CLI). RACADM CLI is the command line user interface to the DRAC.

Dell recommends the customer review specifics about the update to determine if it applies to your system. The update contains changes that impact only certain configurations, or provides new features that may/may not apply to your environment.
Important Information
Dell OpenManage 7.2 A01 allows you to install Server Administrator in a granular way on Linux OS flavors where you can choose not to install management interfaces like SNMP, Command Line Interface, Operating System Logging, and so on Server Administrator functionality is the same in A00 and A01.
You can upgrade to A01 from previous versions (OM 5.x, 6.x and OM 7.x).
Once you have installed Server Administrator, to add more Server Administrator specific components, run the install script again and select the required components.
To uninstall any sub components of Server Administrator, you must uninstall the complete application.
Note: You cannot upgrade OpenManage 7.2 A00 to A01

Storage Management Service:
Tape drive report that helps to enumerate all the supported tape drives connected to the server.
Physical disk firmware report on the Graphical User Interface (GUI) that helps users to identify the disks for which a new firmware version is available. You can generate this report at controller or system level to get a consolidated information of the firmware versions of all physical disks attached to the server.
Enhanced Virtual Disk Wizard
Availability of RAC 5 information in the Server Administrator web page.
Saving the WebServer settings while upgrading from OM 7.1 to OM 7.2.

Installation Instructions
Download
1. Click the Download File link to download the file.
2. When the File Download window appears, click Save to save the file to your hard drive.
Extract Files
1. Browse to the location where the file is downloaded and double-click the new file to unzip the downloaded package.
2. Specify the location to unzip the files.
3. Click on the unzip button to extract files.
Installation
1. Browse to the location where the files are unzipped and run the MSI file.
