Important Information
Encryption Key Manager (EKM) Application is only required to support "LME" (Library Managed Encryption) on Dell PowerVault TL4000/TL2000 and Dell PowerVault ML6000 Tape Libraries

Installation Instructions
Custom Instructions forrReadmeMeFirstDec2011.txt:
1) Click Download now.
The File Download window appears.
2) Click the Save button.
The Save As window appears.
3) Select Desktop using the drop-down menu to the right of Save in.
4) Click the Save button.
A progress meter moves as the download is completed.
5) If necessary, click X in the upper right-hand corner of the Download Progress Window to close it upon completion.
6) Double click the Icon on your desktop for the newly saved file.

Installing Dell EKM (Encryption Key Manager) application to support LME (Library Managed Encryption)
Important: This application is only required when the user purchased a Library Managed Encryption license for the Dell PowerVault TL2000/TL4000 o Dell PowerVault ML6000 series tape library. User Install packet contains this application and all necessary information to install and configure Library managed encryption.

For library configuration please review the product User Guide
1. Download the EKM release R318635
2. Record the .iso image the corresponds to the target host OS were you intent to install EKM 3.0 into a DVD
3. Insert the DVD into the host system were the EKM application will be installed
4. Follow the install GUI, use the EKM 3.0 Deployment guide as a reference. (Deployment guide is included in the .iso image)
