This release will update an existing factory installation of DBRM. It does require a previous version of DBRM.
DBRM v1.3 is functionally equivalent to DBRM v1.2.3 (factory version) with the following exceptions:
1. Able to create recovery media for factory installed applications.
2. Able to save/restore backups without having to boot into WinRE.
