Description Of Change: When the driver gets a TUR reply as part of LUN reset processing ,with a UAR in sense data, the UAR state machine kicks off and the state machine sends ATS, once ATS is processed,
resume the adapter only for Reset SRB.
Issue Description: When a LUN reset was issued, the driver seemed pause the queue for 5 min and then return the I/Os with Srb_Status_Data_Overun. That occurred not just to the LUN being reset, but also
other LUN(s).

Use sas2flash to flash the SAS controllers.
please unzip the sas2flsh update utility in attachment

1. Copy all files to a folder.
2. Run "sas3flash -o -listsasadd" and record your SAS address.
3. Run "sas3flash -o -e 7" to erase the flash ROM.
4. Run "sas3flash -f SAS9311-8i_ir.bin" to update FW.
5. Run "sas3flash -b mptsas3.rom" to update teh MPT BIOS.
6. Run "sas3flash -b x64sas3.rom" if UEFI option support is needed.
7. Run "sas3flash -o -sasadd xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" (xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx the SAS address you record in step 2.)
8. Reboot system
