Running the Storcli tool:

For UEFI: run the storcli.efi from the UEFI shell
For windows 32 bit: use storcli.exe from a command prompt that is opened
using [run as administrator] option.
For windows 64 bit: use storcli64.exe from a command prompt that is opened
using [run as administrator] option.

Updating the FW:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
For UEFI, use the following command from UEFI shell and reboot after the command completion
- storcli.efi /c0 download file = 9460-16i_nopad.rom

For Windows, Use the following command from command prompt that administrator
privileges and reboot after the command completion:
- storcli.exe /c0 download file = 9460-16i_nopad.rom (or)
- storcli64.exe /c0 download file = 9460-16i_nopad.rom

NOTE: If you have more than one controllers, repeat this step but update /c0 to
/c1, /c2 and so on.

The firmware upgrade may fail if the LSI controller in the system is performing an I/O background task
(that is, consistency check, background initialization, rebuild, or reconstruction). Allow the background task
to complete before attempting to upgrade the firmware. Patrol Read tasks will not affect a firmware upgrade
