Intervideo Software DVD , v. 3.0pch1, A11PCH1
This patch is designed to correct an issue seen when an ATI graphics card
is used with Intervideo WinDVD software decode version 3.0. This issue is
intermittent, and only happens when Closed Caption is enabled. Sometimes,
when a user has Closed Caption enabled and attempts to rewind, the system
may lock up, thus requiring a reboot. This patch corrects that problem.

Description
This patch is designed to correct an issue seen when an ATI graphics card
is used with Intervideo WinDVD software decode version 3.0. This issue is

Important Information
IMPORTANT: THIS IS ONLY TO BE INSTALLED ON WINDVD VERSION 3.0. IF
INSTALLED ON VERSION 2.1, AN ERROR WILL OCCUR DURING INSTALLATION.

Fixes & Enhancements
This patch will by-pass the line 21 decoder and will treat closed caption
as a subpicture, thus eliminating a timing issue between subpicture and
line 21 decoder (which is closed caption).
