1. Unzip the tool into a directory
2. Open a command prompt in administrator mode
3. Navigate to the directory where they unzipped the tool
4. Then run CloudLED.exe on/CloudLED.exe off to control the Cloud LED

There is a readme "CloudLED_Readme,pdf" to show how to properly control the LED.
