Prepare system when not attached to rugged or mobile dock (system-only setup):
- Connect power to the system . Make sure you have a working HDMI or VGA monitor connected to the system output

Download Update:
1. Click Download File to download the file called Synaptics_Hub_FW_Rugged_A03_Ver2_26_ZPE.exe on to the desktop
2. Double-click executable file Synaptics_Hub_FW_Rugged_A03_Ver2_26_ZPE.exe on desktop
3. The Self-Extracting window appears and prompts you to extract or unzip to C:\DELL\DRIVERS\JTW55. Write down this path so the executable file, UpdateTool.exe, can be found later.
4. The Self-Extraction results window appears, click Okay to continue.
5. The upgrade process will start. A percentage bar will show update progress
6. Restart your system after the upgrade process is complete.
7. If docked, undock and re-dock system to ensure update is complete.

Reboot will be required
