Fix for IPS issue 203262 regarding PSU failures.
Level of Importance:Urgent
Dell highly recommends applying this update as soon as possible. The update contains changes to improve the reliability and availability of your Dell system.
Important Information
NOTE: when upgrading to CMC 3.03 in a redundant CMC configuration, you must select to upgrade either both CMCs, or the standby CMC first. Do not upgrade the active CMC first.

Fixes and Enhancements in version 3.03 over 3.02

* Fix for potential issue in CMC 3.00, 3.01 or 3.02 only. There is a potential for a power fault in redundant CMC configurations during a CMC switchover or failover.
NOTE: when upgrading to CMC 3.03 in a redundant CMC configuration, you must select to upgrade either both CMCs, or the standby CMC first. Do not upgrade the active CMC first.
NOTE: for Optimal Power management of high-end configurations, it is also recommended to upgrade iDRAC firmware to 3.02 for M610, M610x, M710, M710HD, and M910 blades.

* Fix for racadm testfeature command
* Fix for power-up failure on M610X after OS crash. BIOS halts system
with error "Failed to allocate sufficient blade power".
* Link tuning updates for Dell 10GbE XAUI PTM, Dell M5424-n IOM, Qlogic FC8 mezzanine card
and Brocade Superhawk2 switch
Installation Instructions
Instructions for CMC-3.03-A00-README.txt:
1) Click Download now.
The File Download window appears.
2) Click the Save button.
The Save As window appears.
3) Select Desktop using the drop-down menu to the right of Save in.
4) Click the Save button.
A progress meter moves as the download is completed.
5) If necessary, click X in the upper right-hand corner of the Download Progress Window to close it upon completion.
6) Double click the Icon on your desktop for the newly saved file.
The Dell Bios Release Notes window appears.

Download
1. Click the Download Now link to download the file.
2. When the File Download window appears, click Save to save the file to your hard drive.
Extract Files
1. Browse to the location where you downloaded the file and double-click the new file to unzip the download package.
2. Specify the location to unzip the files.
3. Click on the unzip button to extract files.
