Main statement:
The A11 BIOS for the Venue 11 Pro 7130/7139 can be applied to any Venue 11 Pro 7130/7139, but it is important to note that the A11 BIOS enforces a BIOS flash downgrade policy that prevents flashing to any previous version of the BIOS once the A11 BIOS flash has been completed.
Technical Detail:
A11 BIOS enforces a BIOS flash downgrade policy that prevents flashing any A-rev BIOS prior to A11 to any Venue 11 Pro with Elpida memory, 8G Samsung LPDDR3 memory, or 8G Micron DDR3L-RS memory. Venue 11 Pro 7130/7139 systems may contain memory from different vendors (Micron, Hynix, Elpida, Samsung).
