Login as root user
1. From a command shell, cd to the directory containing the tar.gz package
2. Extract the package using a tar -zxvf OM_distro.tar.gz or similar command
3. Locate the install_patch.sh script and run it as ./install_patch.sh
NOTE: Ensure that the package matches the Linux distribution. Mismatched packages will exit without installing the patch
