1. Download the file to your hard drive. It is recommended you download
the file to your desktop for easy access
2. After the file has been downloaded, double-click it
3. Click the Setup button
4. Follow the onscreen instructions for creating the diskette
5. With the diskette inserted in your floppy drive restart your computer
6. The system will boot to the diskette and execute ohcitest automatically

The diagnostic verifies that both the Phy and Link chips on the adapter
are working properly.
Following is a list of return codes that the diagnostic will report as a
result of the test run for each chip.
