- Fix defect that non-admin PC user is not able to change the Save Location path.
This patch also includes older fixes:
- Adjust JPEG, TIFF file size in order to have consistency with V1.
- DHCP support is required for Scan and Fax Manager V2.
- Fix problem that scanned file is not created if user select 2nd prefix option and date is changed.
