1. Unzip the file to a local hard drive or other storage media, change to the directory that corresponds to the unzipped file.
2. Open a Command Line Interface, typically by right clicking from within the directory where the file was extracted to.
3. Once the RPM is found execute the rpm program by running GFX_AMD_RHEL64_A00_12_104_3V8X1_x86_64.rpm from the command line interface.
4. After the rpm command completes, run aticonfig --initial --f to complete installation.
