Fixes & Enhancements
Fixes: Resolved a condition in which disks could enter read-only mode when multiple task management commands are sent to the disk and the HBA is reset. Resolved a condition in which disk cache might not be sync'd during driver unload / system shutdown. Resolved a Kernel panic if drives are hot-plugged while the driver is loading (e.g. during boot).Resolved an issue which could cause I/O timeouts when recoverable errors occurred during I/O Resolved a Kernel panic on RHEL 7.x while the driver is loaded if module parameter smp_affinity_enable is set to 0.
Enhancements: Report Package Version from HBA Driver in logs and tools, rather than Firmware Version. All Dell releases of HBA FW use package version, not firmware version, prior to this fix the HBA driver reported firmware version, which was confusing.
