2.When the File Download window appears, click Save to save the file to your hard drive.
NOTE - The file contains the compressed 64-bit Open Manage Server Administrator patch installer.
Installation:
Run the patch in elevated mode as "administrator".
1. Double click on the MSP to run the patch.
2. In the command prompt as an administrator, run "msiexec /update SysMgmt_9103_x64_patch_A00.msp"
