Firmware upgrade through the Windows utility
1. Unzip the tool into a directory
2. Open a command prompt in administrator mode
3. Navigate to the directory where they unzipped the tool
4. Then run irmfuu_7.0.9_win64.exe and the tool will update all the drives connected to the system that qualify for the update.

There is also the option to double-click on the tool to run. The down side with this option is that the command prompt windows will not stay open long enough for the user to see the update happening.
