Fixes & Enhancements
This release fixes a problem that occurs during the use of Microsoft Clustering Services and Broadcom Teaming. When the cluster attempts to failover to the backup server, network access is lost, resulting in the backup server being unable to communicate with the network.
An added enhancement with this release is a silent teaming/VLAN configuration utility (BaspSCfg.exe) is released in this package, in the BASP_Unattend directory. The utility is a Win32 Console Mode executable that takes parameters as teaming configuration options to construct a team and no user interaction is required. Users can wrap the utility into their own configuration software to achieve their deployment purposes.
Dell Technologies recommends reviewing this update to determine if it applies to your system. The update contains changes that impact only certain configurations or provides new features that may or may not apply to your environment.
