Important infomation about this release:
1. Before you attempt to run the Windows firmware update tool (NETW_FRMW_WIN_R284310.EXE)
make sure the Windows base driver is loaded for your 82599 device.
2. If you are using a Linux operating system, make sure:
- First, the base driver is loaded.
- Second , run the Install script from Intel_LAN_FW_Linux_script_12.5.0_A00.tar.gz file.
- Third, run the NETW_FRMW_LX_R284310.BIN to update the firmware
