The tool turns the ARP FILTER ON: (ARPTool64 -clear) When run with the -clear option, it clears bit 13 of EEPROM words 13 and 23, setting them to 0105, causing the NIC to send ARPs up the stack (filter) to the OS, when it is present, and nowhere if it is not.

This file contains an ISO image used to create a CDROM. Download the file to a folder on your hard drive, then create a CD using your preferred CD burning software.
