1. Create folder on your desktop called "Modem" and download driver to this folder and run executable
2. Click Start button
3. Right-click My Computer icon
4. Select Properties
5. Select Device Manager tab
6. Expand Modem section by clicking '+' sign
7. Select modem, then click Properties
8. Click Driver tab
9. Click Update driver
10. Indicate you wish to select driver yourself and browse to the "Modem" folder you just created and install driver
