Dell OpenManage Server Administrator is a secure Web tool for managing individual Dell(TM)PowerEdge(TM)and PowerVault(TM) servers. Using this tool, an administrator with an Internet/intranet connection can manage the server
from any location using either a graphical user interface (GUI) that runs in a Web browser or a command line interface (CLI) that is accessed through the command prompt.

* Added installation support for the following operating systems:
- Windows Server 2003 SP1
NOTE: Dell OpenManage version 4.3 does not install on SP1

* Added service pack file (MSP) support for Windows upgrade from version 4.3. MSP files are much smaller in size and are available from the Dell Support website at "support.dell.com."

* Added service pack upgrade capability for systems running Microsoft Windows

Download
1.Click the “Download Now” link to download the file.
2.If the Export Compliance Disclaimer window appears, click the “I
agree” link to accept the agreement.
3.When the File Download window appears, click “Save” to save the file
to your hard drive.

Extract Files
1.Browse to the location where you downloaded the file and double-click
to unzip the download package.
2.Specify the location to unzip the files (default is "C:\OpenManage").
3.Click on the Unzip button to extract the files.

Installation
1.Browse to the location where the files were unzipped.
2.Double-click the setup.exe file under the "windows" subdirectory and
follow the on-screen instructions.
