The Broadcom NetXtreme II devices support TOE (TCP/IP Offload Engine) and iSCSI Offload when installed under Windows Server 2003, with Service Pack 1 or newer and the Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Scalable Networking Pack (SNP) Microsoft's SNP is available from the Microsoft web site. W2K3 SP2 contains SNP by default.W2K8 contains SNP by default
