To install the compatibility libraries, use the following command: "RPM -ih compat-libstdc++-33-3.2.3-47.3.i386.rpm"
* Dell Update Packages for BMC, BP, ESM, and DRAC5 require the OpenIPMI driver to be loaded on your system. The current drivers can be downloaded fromthe Dell Support website at "support.dell.com".

2. Download and install any prerequisites identified in the above step before proceeding.
3. Install any necessary Embedded Systems Management firmware prior to this BIOS update.
4. Run the update by executing "./ESM_FRMW_LX_R149431.BIN" from the shell.
