Dell Update Package for updating and fresh installing Broadcom NetXtreme II device drivers. This package will not update devices if the intermediate (teaming) driver and/or the BACS Application are installed, this package is intended for Plug and Play or unattended installation.

- Issues observed with hibernating a system with the presence of an iSCSI enable NetXtreme II 1 Gb driver in Windows 2003 have been resolved.
- Several teaming driver, BASP, issues on Windows 2008/2008 R2 fixed.
