1. Run eeupdate /all to get the location of the NIC.

2. Then run "eeupdate /nic=x /d xxxx.txt" to flash your NIC firmware.

x is the NIC location given in Step 1. For example 1 , 2 ,3...etc
xxxx.txt is the firmware image file name."
