On a PV745N (Software RAID and External RAID configurations only) when using Reinstallation CD version 3.4.9.0, operating system reinstallation may fail.
During reinstallation process, you may see a Blue Screen briefly, during the Windows splash screen, before it restarts itself.The Blue Screen message appears very briefly. This sequence will loop endlessly.


This file Inteldriver.PQA fixes the problem, so that the system is reinstalled successfully with 3.4.9.0 reinstallation CDs.

NOTE: This problem occurs only with 3.4.9.0 version of reinstallation CDs. This problem does not occur on a Hardware RAID configuration (CERC controller)
