Installation

To install the Array Manager 3.5 Diagnostics Patch:

On a Microsoft Windows system:

1. Extract (unzip) the download package to a temporary directory.
The default is c:\patch350

2. Open a command prompt and cd to the "Windows" subdirectory of the
directory to which you unzipped the files.

3. The following options are available:

(a) diagpatch [no options]
Prompts the user to continue, stops the Secure Port Server
service if it is running, deletes the file and restarts the
service.

(b) diagpatch /?
Displays help.

(c) diagpatch /silent
Silent operation. Stops the Secure Port Server service,
deletes the file and does not restart the service.

(d) diagpatch /silent /restart
Restarts the Secure Port Server service after the patch is
applied in silent mode.

NOTE: In silent operation, no messages are displayed on the screen.
