Once the number of devices fall below the licensed amount, the license limit goes into effect.

With 4.x versions, unless you purchase and install an additional license, OpenManage Network Manager 4.x will limit the number of devices you can manage to 10. You can purchase additional licenses by contacting your sales representative or go to www.dell.com/networking.
If you have not installed an additional license or choose not to purchase additional licenses at this time, you can still upgrade to this version and retain/manage all of your previously discovered devices. However, you will not be able to discover any additional devices including newly supported devices unless you are below your installed license limit. Also, each time you remove a device from discovered devices, you will not be allowed to add the device back unless you are below the installed license limit.
