The Dell Server Performance and Resource Optimization Management Pack (PRO Pack)v3.0 enables System Center Operations Manager 2007 R2, System Center 2012 Operations Manager and System Center 2012 Virtual Machine Manager to monitor Dell systems and take remedial action when an inefficient system is identified. This enables to proactively manage virtual environments and ensure high availability of your Dell systems.

2. When the File Download window appears, click Save to save the file to your hard drive.
Extract Files
1. Browse to the location where the file is downloaded and double-click the new file to unzip the downloaded package.
2. Specify the location to unzip the files.
3. Click on the unzip button to extract files.
