Please install the following libraries (from the OS disc under Packages folder) prior to installing the AMD Graphics rpm.
1. compat-libstdc++-33-3.2.3-69.el6.x86_64.rpm
2. glibc-2.17-55.el7.i686.rpm
3. libgcc-4.8.2-16.el7.i686.rpm
4. libstdc++-4.8.2-16.el7.i686.rpm
5. libX11-1.6.0-2.1.el7.i686.rpm
6. libXau-1.0.8-2.1.el7.i686.rpm
7. libxcb-1.9-5.el7.i686.rpm
8. libXext-1.3.2-2.1.el7.i686.rpm
9. nss-softokn-freebl-3.15.4-2.el7.i686.rpm
When installing with RPM, please run as super user:
"env FGLRXKODELAY= rpm -Uvh
"aticonfig --initial -f"
Reboot system.
Reboot will be required
