TSST TS-H492B HH 48X CDRW/DVDROM Firmware Update

This package provides the Windows based Firmware Update for TSST TS-H492B HH 48X CDRW/DVDROM and is supported on XPS Desktop, Dimension, OptiPlex and Precision models running the following Operating Systems: Red Hat - Enterprise Linux 3, Windows 2000, Windows Server 2003, Windows XP and Windows VISTA.

Fixes & Enhancements

- Fixed an issue with detection of certain ATAPI devices when these are installed as a slave device to the TS-H492B. If your system has no slave device installed, or if there has been no difficulty detecting a slave device that may already be installed, then it will not be necessary to install this firmware revision.

Follow the instructions below to execute.

1. Unzip the files to a directory on your hard drive.

2. Double click on the flash utility (SFDWIN.exe).

3. Click on "Download File Open" button at left corner.

4. Click on TB06.bin to select it. Click on "Open".

5. Click on "Start Download" button at middle.

6. Click on "Okay".

7. System will restart after flash is complete.
