Fixes & Enhancements

* Added a new error message: "Partition sector is invalid." This
message will appear in one of two conditions:

1) if MKS2D is run on a completely blank (i.e. new and never-been-used)
hard disk, and

2) if MKS2D is run after certain 3rd party disk utilities have been used
to "delete" the partition table.

A description of this condition and the steps that have to be taken to
work around the condition were added/updated in the errata section of the
README.S2D file.

Fixes:
------

* Fixed an error with the -p switch that was introduced in version 3.7.1.
The error was that -p could not be used to increase the partition size,
but it would attempt to use OS file space to create a data structure of
the requested size. The correct behavior for -p has been restored in
version 3.7.2.
