Installation instructions
Download the file to your hard drive and run to extract. Extract to the directory of your choice by entering it in the "unzip to folder" box. Make sure you remember its location. To extract hit the unzip button after typing the name of the folder.
After extracting, browse to that directory. Look for a drivers subdirectory. Enter it, browse to the modem folder -- now depending on your operating system, enter the applicable directory and read the readme.txt file for specifc instructions for your operating system. The diags and documentation can be installed in a similar manner.
Warning: Do not turn off your computer or disconnect from your power source while updating the BIOS or you may harm your computer. During the update, your computer will restart and you will briefly see a black screen.
