Dell OptiPlex System BIOS, A07

The following problems in the A06 BIOS were corrected to generate the A07 BIOS:

1. With an IBM PCI LanStreamer card installed, the system would lock up
when installing Windows NT 3.51.

2. The embedded diagnostics were not properly detecting 150- or 166-MHz

3. The system was not properly detecting the microprocessor speed.

4. Corrected Real Time Clock to roll over to the year 2000.

In addition, the following enhancement is included in the A07 BIOS:
