Fixes & Enhancements

This firmware adds a new behavior when dealing with media issues. The drive behaviour will now hold a tape in the event of a dropped leader and a user must manually remove the tape by pressing and holding the eject button for 10 seconds. This enhancement will enable users to identify media that can cause failures.
