Installation instructions
This is a self-extracting file that contains the A07 System BIOS for the Inspiron 2000 notebook. After downloading, run the A07_I2k.EXE file from within Windows ONLY, and it will create the bootable BIOS diskette. Reboot the system with this disk in the A: drive to flash the system.

NOTE:
When flashing the BIOS back to any previous version
the user must use the follow switch to overide the error message "(DMI string too large)":
