Dell ESM Firmware, A56

The Embedded Server Management (ESM) flash utility is a tool to update firmware(FW) to the Embedded Server Management and all devices connected to it on the system management bus (SMB). The devices currently implemented in the utility are:
* Embedded Server Management
* System backplane
* System power supply paralleling board (PSPB)
* Hotplug
This firmware update is a non-destructive update. User data is not affected.

Fixes & Enhancements

- Error log no longer erased by ESM reset, an issue with A55 release.
- POWEREDGE(TM) 4400 now reports the correct ROMB voltage.
- POWEREDGE(TM) 4400 no longer installs ROMB sensor if ROMB key is removed.
