Fixes & Enhancements

1.Add Date and Time setting to Management Console WebUI.
2.Add PCIe & PSU alerts to Platform Event Filter (PEF) list. Updated List consists of the following:
a.Fan Warning Assert Filter - Fan PWM < lower non-critical threshold
b.Fan Critical Assert Filter - Fan PWM < lower critical threshold
c.Temperature Warning Assert Filter - Board and PCIe temperatures > upper non-critical threshold
d.Temperature Warning Assert Filter - Board and PCIe temperatures > upper critical threshold
e.Performance Status Warning Assert Filter - PCIe and PSU Power consumption > upper non-critical threshold
f.Performance Status Critical Assert Filter - PCIe and PSU Power consumption > upper critical threshold
g.Power Unit Assert Filter - PSU AC lost (AC failure) or Power Down (DC failure)
h.Discrete Power Supply Assert Filter - System Power Monitor detects power on failure or PSU Failure (PSUs total power output < maximum system power consumption.

Installation instructions
1.Please refer to "update_fw_web.pdu" document in the firmware release package.
2.When flashing this firmware 1.28 version the Preserve Configuration "NO" must be selected (see page 6 of "update_fw_web.pdf"). If the configuration is preserved the PCIe and PSU alerts updates to the PEF list will not be updated.
Warning: Do not turn off your computer or disconnect from your power source while updating the BIOS or you may harm your computer. During the update, your computer will restart and you will briefly see a black screen.
