Fixes & Enhancements

The following modifications were made to the A00
disk to create A01:

Enhancements:
1. Updated SPL1.EXE to version A01 to support newer flash ROM chips.
2. Added updated INSPIRON.BMP.
3. Updated SPLASH.EXE to support newer systems.
4. Updated Section III of SPLASH.TXT to note that some images cannot be compressed sufficiently to fit into 64KB, even if they are 640x480x16.
5. Updated Section IV of SPLASH.TXT to note support for newer systems.
