Intel ARP Tool, A00

AUTO INSTALLED This file was automatically installed as part of a recent update. If you are experiencing any issues, you can manually download and reinstall.
The tool turns the ARP FILTER ON: (ARPTool64 -clear) When run with the -clear option, it clears bit 13 of EEPROM words 13 and 23, setting them to 0105, causing the NIC to send ARPs up the stack (filter) to the OS, when it is present, and nowhere if it is not.
