My Support History
Dell Customer Number is a single reference number that identifies you as a Dell Customer. This number is provided in the Order Confirmation email sent to you once your purchase is being processed.
An Express Service Code is a numeric conversion of a Service Tag.
Support Request Number is a unique identifier provided by the Dell Support Representative to check the status of support requested for your product.
Service Call Number / Dispatch Number is a unique identifier provided by the Dell Support Representative to check status of a technician or a replacement part being sent to your home or office.
Dell Service Tags are unique identifiers for each Dell product. A service tag is a five to seven digit alphanumeric code.
