注：2021年5月此问题已解决，Microsoft 移除 Windows 的安全保护。
本文包含有关 Alienware 51 R6 系统无法升级到或全新安装 Windows 10 build 20H1 的信息。该解决方案要求手动将 Dell 系统 BIOS 更新至版本1.2.0 或更高版本（下载链接位于文章的末尾）。
注：如果系统仍在较早的 BIOS 版本上，则升级到 Windows 20H2 和更高版本也将被阻止。
无法升级到 Windows 10 Build 20H1
Alienware Area 51 R6 系统无法从较低版本的 Windows 10（19H2 及更低版本）升级到 Windows 10 build 20H1。
Windows 10 开始升级过程，但在系统重新引导后停止，出现错误："0xC1900101-0x20017 （在引导操作期间，在 SAFE_OS 阶段安装失败，并出现错误）（图1）。"

Windows 10 尝试回滚到系统上已安装的先前版本。您还可以手动启动回滚，操作步骤如下：
- 关闭系统然后重新启动，重复三次。
- 第三次启动时，您的系统将启动进入“Advanced Recovery 环境。”
- 单击 Advanced Options。
- 单击 Troubleshoot。
- 单击 Rollback。
无法全新安装 Windows 10 Build 20H1
Alienware Area 51 R6 系统无法全新安装 Windows 10 Build 20H1。当您尝试安装时，Microsoft 将在安装过程中显示以下消息（图 2）：
