Dell's EasyConnect™ technology allows unattended boot-to-image server and provides preloaded software licensing to streamline the deployment process. No worry about managing license keys with OptiPlex systems ready to plug into your environment with licensing bits enabled in the factory.
Dell Original Equipment Manufacturer Licensing with Citrix Provisioning Server for Desktops Software
The Desktop Streaming software with Dell and Citrix® is licensed at the desktop (per seat). The license includes functionality for both standard and high availability options. The license with each OptiPlex system includes:
- Citrix Provisioning Server for Desktops Software
- Three-year subscription advantage for access to software releases and updates
Diskless PC OS Option
The Microsoft® Diskless PC License allows customers to stream a Microsoft Windows® Operating System (XP or Vista) to a diskless client from the data center.
FLX (Diskless) and FLX-HD (Disk)
Both diskless and disk versions enable flexibility to build your base image or virtual disk (vDisk) with Citrix Provisioning Software for Desktops. When you are ready to deploy your systems, both versions come out of the box ready to be configured and plugged into your On-Demand Desktop Streaming environment.
