Dell Optiplex 760 Upgrade

Hello, i got a dell optiplex 760 small form factor (sff) which has an e8400 and 4gb ram. I was wondering if i could upgrade to 8gb ram? Also could i upgrade to a q6600 or some x5460 and make the 771 socket mod to 775. My motherboard has a q43/q45 chipset and it's a 0M863N motherboard. I also have a 235w power supply. Would it be possible to fit a 1050 low profile also?

Would there be any problems with making the upgrades?
