How to have 2 servers in mirror and with fail over

Hello,

I have a question, how can I have 2 r740 servers with their connected storage servers working in mirror so that I have the exact copy of my server at all times and if my server 1 goes down, the other one gets up and continues normally. What free virtualization software do you recommend?
