What is Wireless Charging ?

Wireless charging, also known as inductive charging, is a convenient and hassle-free way to power up your smartphone or mobile device. The wireless power transfer occurs through electromagnetic induction. With inductive charging the required power reaches the device not through a traditional cable but rather wirelessly through the use of electromagnetic fields. The principle is very simple: the Charging Station transfers the required energy to the receiver (the smartphone or mobile device). There are several smartphones, tablets, iPods, MP3 players and cameras.

The biggest advantage of Wireless Charging technology is that mobile devices and chargers from different manufactures are compatible. The only requirement is that both the charger and the mobile device are capable of Wireless Charging.
