Not able to switch between two machines. Also it is possible that rebooting will cause further video distortion. When using remote desktop connections the video issues were also present.

Check the latest firmware is installed. Download from the Dell Support Website
If the issue is still present please check the latest firmware available from the Teradici website. You can create a free login/user account and download the PCoIP Zero Client Firmware as well as update the PCoIP Management Console (a web-based management tool)if required.
